Order fulfillment takes up to 15 business days. Orders will be shipped direct via USPS.

For items offering name on items for personalization - the word "NAME" is only a placeholder.
If you do not want to add your name to the item(s), simply leave them with "NAME."
We will not decorate your item(s) with "NAME."

If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified with your options, including full refund.
